King Arthur Baking Company named this pizza their 2020 recipe of the year and it’s well deserved – especially for lovers of bread. The crust is easy to make – just be sure to plan ahead and start it the night before.
Tips:
- This pizza is delicious with just cheese but pepperoni, olives & onions are great additions.
- As the recipe states, don’t try to spread the sauce over the cheese. We prefer to add many smaller dabs so that it’s evenly distributed.
- Sometimes the cheese will get a bit dark (especially around the edges) by the time the bottom of the crust is browned. Don’t worry – it’ll still taste great.
