Day-Old Dominos

This is not a joke. When prepared well, reheated pizza is some of the best around.

It is important to use the lowest-quality ingredients for this recipe so that the benefits of the cooking method can be fully appreciated.

Ingredients
  • 1 pizza from a national chain, refrigerated
  • 1/2 cup lowest-quality grated parmesan powder
Directions

At least 24 hours before you plan to eat, order a pizza from a national chain. Regular or thick crust pizzas work best. Do not eat the pizza. Instead, leave the pie in its original box and store in the refrigerator.

Ensure that your powdered, parmesan cheese-flavored substance contains at least some cellulose derived from wood pulp.

Microwave the 1-2 slices of pizza for 20-30 seconds or until just warm.

Heat a cast iron skillet on medium. Add the pizza slices directly and cook until they are crisp on the bottom and just starting to blacken.

Cover with a thin layer of the parmesan cheese dust and enjoy!
